We are looking for a company to carry out repairs and a small refurbishment of a well used and loved youth and community centre in the heart of Cleator Moor. The centre underwent a full refurbishment 14 years ago and it’s looking a bit tired looking now. It is used by permanently by The Phoenix Youth Project for an office and youth club, Cleator Moor Amateur Boxing Club, Bee Unique, Cleator Moor Spiritualists Church along with been rented by many groups for one off activities. We are looking for the following works to be undertaken: Power wash the building Paint the external and internal areas of the building Replace main entrance disabled ramp edging with a small 1-2 foot wall Install outside lights to front of the building Fix light sensor on sports court Replace brick blocks in sports court Replace around 20 roof tiles at rear of building Repair IT desk (loose upright) Replace built in oven and fridge Replace lock to toilet door These will give the building a significant uplift and bring it back to how it looked 14 years ago when we raised nearly quarter of a million pound to fully refurbish the building.
