Mini Facelift needed for Village Library link & Public Hall

Unmatched

Gosforth Library Link and Public Hall are central to community life in the village of Gosforth. The Library building dates back to 1628 and is a Grade II* listed building. Attached to the Library is the Public Hall which was added in 1930.

Prior to March 2020, the hall was a busy vibrant venue, hosting a myriad of activities from our local amateur dramatics society youth group to indoor bowls, U3A, WI , Pilates, Yoga and Karate.

The Hall and Library have now both been made Covid-secure and are currently operating a limited programme. Both buildings are in need of repainting outside, particularly the windows on the older part of the building.

The Library building may need to be scaffolded but the hall is a single storey.

Any help with the supply of paint or to help with the painting would be greatly appreciated.
