We are looking for HR support to review the job descriptions for our Youth Workers and Outdoor Instructors.
It has been a long time since these were written and they now need to reflect current roles and responsibilities. The Youth Workers and Outdoor Instructors are long serving employees.
We would also like advice on where these revised job descriptions should be positioned on the current JNC pay scale.
