We are a small community fitness centre based in Seascale which supports the surrounding villages of Eskdale, Wasdale, Holmrook as well as Sellafield which also benefits from our facilities. We have been running for 9 years successfully.
We work alongside our local GP surgeries and hospitals where classes are run 4 times a week, as well as on a one to one basis. We help people with their recovery through rehab, enabling them to get back to their level of fitness.
The GP referral classes require specialist trained staff. and all staff are Level 3 trained which gives them the knowledge to work alongside people on a one to one personal training basis.
We are now looking to diversify a little, to accommodate more people, however to allow us to continue, we are looking to offer outdoor gym sessions but need somewhere to store the equipment keeping it safe and secure.
A container any size from 10ft would be ideal if you can help?
